Who is responsible for this website
This website operates under the name Zen Hikari. For personal data matters, contact: zenhikari.studio@gmail.com, phone +48 505 576 250.
The full identity of the owner and data controller still needs to be added. This basic information describes the website's current features.
Contact and form data
The form collects your name, email address, service and option, optional website address and project description. We use these details to answer your enquiry, discuss your needs and prepare a proposal. Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without contact details. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
Enquiries about entering into a contract are handled to take steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other correspondence serves Zen Hikari's legitimate interest in answering questions and handling requests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Making contact is neither a newsletter subscription nor an order.
Tools and data recipients
The WordPress website uses Hostinger hosting. Contact Form 7 sends messages through FluentSMTP to the Google Gmail inbox zenhikari.studio@gmail.com. The email entered in the form is used as the reply address (Reply-To). Hosting and email providers therefore participate in processing the data.
The WhatsApp link opens the external WhatsApp/Meta service. Visiting it and making contact are governed by that provider's terms. Portfolio links lead to separate websites. Google and Meta operate globally and explain their data processing in their policies: Google and WhatsApp. We do not claim that all data is stored exclusively in Poland or the EU.
Retention
FluentSMTP records message content, addresses, headers, time and delivery status in logs set to a 14-day retention period. Correspondence is also stored in Gmail. Detailed retention periods or criteria for correspondence, hosting logs and backups still need to be specified; the 14 days apply only to FluentSMTP logs.
Cookies and website features
WordPress uses technical cookies, including for administrator login and preferences. Visitors do not need to log in to this service website. You can manage cookies in your browser; restricting technical cookies may affect some features.
WooCommerce order attribution is disabled in the current configuration. No Google Analytics/Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or Clarity scripts were detected in the reviewed home and contact views. This is not a guarantee about external services linked from the website. Sales, orders and payments remain disabled on this site.
Your rights
Where the GDPR provides for it, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of Poland's Personal Data Protection Office.
This information will be updated as the owner's details and website features change. See also our website terms of use.
